His specialties are seafood main courses. In this dinner option he will offer you a small welcome, an two entrè, two main curse of the top quality Seafood like Lobster, Caviar and Cruditè and to close a dessert. All served on the panoramic terrace of the Capitolare, sea view, by candlelight. The dinner will be accompanied by Champagne selected by Sommelier Agostino Dibello. First bottle of Champagne included in the price.
