Rinaldo is our resident chef. After years of working in the best restaurants in Italy and Spain, he can now treat you to sophisticated recipes and products he has grown. His specialties are seafood main courses. In this dinner option he will offer you a small welcome, an entrè, a main curse of fish and a dessert. All served on the panoramic terrace of the Capitolare, sea view, by candlelight. The dinner will be accompanied by wine selected by Sommelier Agostino Dibello. First bottle of wine included in the price.
